1. Purpose
These terms govern the purchase of individual tarot readings and monthly subscription plans on Arcano Dorado, offered by Fernando Díaz García-Muñoz, with Tax ID 05398746W and registered address at Avenida de Filipinas 44, 2ºA, 28003 Madrid, Spain.
2. Services offered and pricing
The available services, with their current prices in euros, tax included, are always shown on the Pricing page:
- Quick Reading — one-off payment, 3 cards.
- Full Reading — one-off payment, 7 cards.
- Celtic Cross — one-off payment, 10 cards.
- Wheel of Destiny — one-off payment, 8 cards.
- Tree of Life — one-off payment, 10 cards.
- Initiate Plan — monthly subscription, with a number of readings included per month.
- Mystic Plan — monthly subscription, with a number of readings included per month.
- Oracle Plan — monthly subscription, with a number of readings included per month.
The prices shown at the time of purchase are those applicable to that transaction, regardless of later changes.
3. Purchase and payment process
When you click "Buy" or "Subscribe," you'll be redirected to Stripe's secure payment gateway, which processes payment by card or other available methods. Arcano Dorado does not store your card details. Once payment is complete, you'll receive confirmation and immediate access to the purchased service.
4. Nature of the digital content
Arcano Dorado's services consist of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (tarot readings generated and shown at the time of the consultation), for symbolic, reflective and spiritual entertainment purposes only, as stated in the Legal Notice.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law (and the equivalent Spanish provision, art. 103.m of the Consumer Protection Act), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium when performance has begun with the consumer's prior, express consent, and the consumer acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once performance has started.
By confirming the purchase of an individual reading and receiving it, you understand and accept that the service has been performed and that withdrawal no longer applies to that specific reading. For monthly subscriptions, you can cancel future renewals at any time (see Section 6), although the period already started and paid for is non-refundable except in case of a billing error or a technical issue attributable to Arcano Dorado.
6. Subscriptions: renewal and cancellation
The Initiate, Mystic and Oracle plans renew automatically each month at the same price, unless you cancel before the next renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your Stripe customer portal (link sent by email when you subscribe) or by requesting it at support@arcanodorado.com. Cancelling prevents future charges but does not generate a pro-rated refund for the period already started.
7. Issues and refunds
If, due to a technical error on Arcano Dorado's part, you don't receive the reading you purchased, or you were charged twice, contact support@arcanodorado.com with the email used for the purchase and the transaction date. We'll review each case individually and, if appropriate, process a refund through Stripe.
8. Dispute resolution
If you are a consumer and have a complaint, you can use the European Union's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
